The Partner Process
Our process begins with understanding our partners investment goals, which get broken down to underwrite a deliberate strategy. Our default strategy is sale-leasebacks, absolute net or NNN industrial, and multi-family, however, we explore other asset classes based on each client’s needs.
Each individualized strategy includes specific investment criteria, geographic location, amounts, goals, and desired holding period.
Our team then goes to work utilizing our various owned websites geared toward pulling in off-market sellers, national partnerships, research software, cold calling, and searchable databases to explore hundreds of opportunities. Once the right one, matching our planned strategy, is discovered, a more detailed underwriting process begins.
