yle’s educational journey began at Aquinas, and he later earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in both Accounting and Finance from Grand Valley State University. Committed to continuous learning, he has successfully completed various courses and certifications including the Harvard Management Development Course, CPM designation, a broker license’s and CCIM designation.

Throughout his career, Kyle has led teams ranging from 10-40 people, cultivating high employee engagement and successful company operations.

His asset management teams have collectively overseen more than 20,000,000 SF of commercial real estate with a combined value of nearly $4 billion dollars.

Kyle’s expertise extends to finding opportunities or leading due diligence on acquisitions worth over $200 million and negotiating leases with a total value exceeding $750 million.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Kyle is dedicated to family life and has been happily married for over 13 years. He resides in West Michigan with his wife, their teenage daughter, and their ten-year-old son. In his free time, Kyle enjoys a diverse range of interests, from coaching soccer to boating, camping, hiking, gardening, and engaging in various outdoor activities. Recently, Kyle has been focused on encouraging those around him to find joy with day-to-day life, mostly related to meditation and disconnecting from technology as much as possible. Notably, he co-founded Detach, a short-term-stay retreat venue focused on enhancing relationships with loved ones and unplugging from our hyper-connected, technology-driven lives.
